Halfway between studio and home: homewards
Last night I worked until late to make this weblog presentable. Working at NES studio I heard the wind coming up and roaring around the building. On my way home, around 23.30 h, I had to use all my force to go forwards, sometimes I had to grab a lamppost to rest and keep myself on my feet. The street towards home runs along the sea and the waves were lifted high and strucked across.
W.H. Auden cites in his “Letters from Iceland” a quote from Van Troll “Nowhere a single tree appears, which might afford shelter to friendship and innocence.”
